conversatio fide Conversations of faith - that's what that means. It's a new podcast that Aaron Klinefelter (of Vineyard Central in Cincinnati) and I are doing. It was birthed in Aaron and we started talking about it, then it just went from there. Anyway, a podcast is like a little internet radio show - sort of. We record interviews/conversations with people, make mp3 files out of them, and post them to this Conversatio blog where they can be read into a podcasting RSS feed aggregator (check out that link and it will explain more). OK, I barely know what that means, but you can go to the site and get the mp3s to listen to - interesting stuff. And if you are a vbcc-er and haven't joined the blog yet, go for it - don't be skurred. If you have any reflections about our community, what we're doing or thinking about, post them. That's what it's here for - so people can see what we're going through together. That's it for now. Pax vobiscum. | posted by + Alan | 1:34 PM | 0 comments | Sunday, March 13, 2005 schola stuff For those who can't be in the Schola right now, you may want to check out what we'll be reading through for then next several months. We found a free download of a collection of the early apostolic fathers. This pdf includes several writings. This month we have read the First letter of Clement to the Corinthians - good stuff. Here is the link to the page where the download is. Download the .pdf file on the top right of the page and you'll have it. Good reading and Peace be with you. | posted by + Alan | 12:22 PM | 0 comments | |
